At David Tamburro Training Solutions we believe in a very simple approach to training and have typically hired sales people who have never sold vehicles and developed them by training consistently on the basic sales process until they could run the play. We use an inverted triangle to represent the generic to specific process that a salesperson must go through with a customer if they want to develop a relationship. As a new salesperson you will receive a basic real world introduction to sales with a review at the end of each module. As you advance in skill we expand the subject matter to cover all aspects of sales. Our vision is that training is a daily process and that tomorrow’s managers are today’s salespeople.
